The latter, a lifestyle brand formerly owned by cricket star Virat Kohli, was transferred to Agilitas earlier this year, marking a strategic move to consolidate its brand portfolio.

Agilitas's acquisition of Mochiko Shoes, a prominent footwear manufacturer known for producing shoes for global giants like Adidas and Puma, underscores its intent to create a full-stack sportswear ecosystem.
