APPCB Engages Students in World Environment Day Celebrations

This initiative, in collaboration with the Green Climate NGO, aims to engage schoolchildren from Classes I to XII, urging them to ponder and propose 'solutions to plastic pollution', a theme of significant contemporary relevance.
From the early morning hours of 8 am to midday, the city's academic precincts will witness a flurry of activities that include drawing, essay writing, elocution, and quiz contests. These events are designed not merely as academic exercises but as platforms for creative expression and critical thinking on pressing environmental issues. By focusing on plastic pollution, the organisers aim to tap into the innovative potential of students, who are often seen as the torchbearers of future change.
