In the wake of the CBSE Class 12 results announcement, the Ministry of Education has moved swiftly to dismiss concerns that the new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system might have adversely impacted students’ scores. The Ministry, addressing a flurry of anxious queries from students and parents, has reaffirmed its confidence in the system's transparency and accuracy.

The OSM system, which was expanded after a successful trial earlier this year, marks a significant shift in how students' answer sheets are evaluated. This digital method was initially tested in a handful of schools before being rolled out nationwide.
