The goal is to transform citizen service delivery through innovations like the recently launched AI-powered Chatbot. This chatbot, currently in its beta phase, is designed to assist citizens via the Goa Online portal, offering a more personalised and responsive digital experience.
This move is part of a broader strategy to position Goa as a leader in AI innovation. By harnessing technology, the state hopes to streamline government operations and improve the quality of life for its residents.
