JP Nadda Joins Global Health Leaders at Geneva Assembly
In the serene setting of Geneva, where history and diplomacy intertwine, Union Health Minister JP Nadda has arrived to partake in the 79th World Health Assembly. The assembly, which runs from 18th to 23rd May, serves as the apex decision-making body of the World Health Organization, determining global health policies and strategic directions.
Mr Nadda's presence is not merely ceremonial. As India grapples with its own public health challenges, his participation signals a robust commitment to international cooperation and dialogue. Taiwan's Contentious Participation

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other key Indian leaders, meanwhile, are set to attend swearing-in ceremonies back home, leaving Mr Nadda to hold the fort in Geneva.
